<P> 徐 虎 男，汉族，江苏省徐州市人，中共党员。1950年出生，1975 年参加工作，现任上海西部企业（集团）徐虎物业有限公司物业总监。 </P>
<P> 徐虎自从事水电维修工作以来，踏实肯干，服务周到，深受广大人民群众的欢迎和喜爱。他制作了3只“特约报修箱”挂在居委会、电话间墙上。多年来，他每天晚上7点准时打开报修箱，义务为居民修理2100余处故障，花费了6300多小时的业余时间。有8个除夕夜，他都是在工作一线度过，被群众亲切地称为“晚上七点的太阳”。他主动带徒，手把手地将自己的专业技能和服务理念传授给徒弟，形成了广泛的“徐虎效应”。24小时“徐虎热线”开通的十余年间，每年都要接到各类报修、咨询电话3万个左右。在上海各行各业的服务热线中，“徐虎热线”的知名度、美誉度始终名列前茅。1998年以后，徐虎开始从事管理工作。从普通的水电维修岗位到企业管理岗位，他坚持角色变了，“辛苦我一人，方便千万家”的信念不变，一如既往地用自己的敬业、钻研和奉献精神，积极钻研物业管理和现代经营管理理论，结合实践撰写了多篇具有前瞻性和可操性的研究论文。他是中共十五大代表，被授予全国优秀**员、全国劳动模范等荣誉称号。 </P></FONT></DIV></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
