<DIV class=art_text>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;中证网讯 浦东新区区委书记徐麟9月20日在“中欧-华安锐智沙龙”上表示，整个浦东经济在向趋好的方向发展，但世界经济的复苏，是一个缓慢漫长的过程，今年全年浦东经济负增长已成定局。<BR><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;徐麟表示，外贸行业从航运情况来看，集装箱的运输水平在浦东的两个港口——外高桥港和杨山港去年总的标箱是2361万，今年总量已经不可能达不到这个水平。初步判断，涉及到跟世界经济密切相关的行业此次受到的冲击最大，复苏的进程似乎更缓慢。不过，徐麟表示，今年GDP的增长2季度比1季度高出3.2个百分点。2季度地方财政收入和工业增加值有所回升，这也表明实体经济在向趋好的方向发展。<BR><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;他强调，在保增长的过程中，必须把结构的调整、经济的转型放在非常重要的位置，以更好地应对危机，以更好地求得长久的发展。浦东新区将把确立服务型经济为主体，推进金融、航运、贸易等优先发展。 </DIV><!--正文_end--><!--分页-->
