<P> 海通期货总经理徐凌接受中国证券报记者采访时表示，各类投资者需要清醒地认识到，股指期货不会简单地带来财富效应，无论是机构还是个人投资者在参与交易的时候，要始终将风险控制放在首位。</P>
<P> 徐凌说，作为券商的一个衍生品交易平台，我们会把风险控制，尤其是初期的投资者教育工作放在重要位置，让合适的投资者充分了解这个工具。事实上，关于投资者教育问题，期货业内人士已经相当重视，但我们仍然发现，不少投资者的风险意识比较淡薄。所以，从成功上市和平稳运行的角度考虑，我们并不希望过多的投资者参与股指期货，这个市场需要慢慢培育，各类人士也要充分珍惜来之不易的金融创新硕果。在初期，我们将加大交易制度、交易流程和风险提示等重要环节的宣传和教育力度，这将是股指期货上市前的重头戏。</P></DIV>
